In accordance with Wis. Statute 60.80(1)(a), the following motions or resolutions were adopted at the Town of Stockton Annual Meeting held at the Town of Stockton Town Hall, 7252 6th Street, Custer, WI on April 21st, 2020 at 6:30 pm:
Method of Voting
Motion (Lauri Novotny/Mike Bronk) to continue to use “by majority show of hands” as the method of voting. Motion carried by majority show of hands, 8-0.
Approval of April 16th, 2019 Annual Meeting Minutes
Motion (Terry Johnson/Jim Dodge) to approve the minutes as written. Motion carried by majority show of hands, 8-0.
Elector Approval to increase Plan Commission Member monthly meeting salary to $40 with Secretary/Minute Taker increasing to $60 per monthly meeting.
Motion (Mike Bronk/Mike Skibba) to increase the monthly meeting salary to $40 for each Plan Commission Member with the Secretary/Minute Taker rate increasing to a total of $60 per monthly meeting. Motion carried by a show of hands, 8-0
Elector Approval to increase the Municipal Clerk’s annual salary by $5,000.
Motion (Mike Bronk/Cindy Davis) to increase the Municipal Clerk’s annual salary by $5,000. Motion carried by a show of hands, 6-2.
Motion (Jim Dodge/Jerry Piesik) to adjourn at 7:43 pm. Motion carried by a majority show of hands.
