NOTICE FOR BIDS

 

The Town of Stockton (Portage County), will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

 

  1. Chip Sealing with Hot Oil
  2. 4th Street from Custer Rd to Rocky Line Ct (Approx. 3,285 ft; 22 ft wide)
  3. 5th Street from County Rd J to Kennedy Ave (Approx. 10,736 ft; 24 ft wide) with 10’ bump outs for Bluff Road, Oak Moraine Ct, and Burbank Road
  4. Pine Drive from 6th Street to South Termini and whole cul-de-sac (Approx. 1,150 ft; 21 ft wide)
  5. Pine Drive from 6th Street to Country Beautiful Ln (Approx. 1,515 ft; 21 ft wide)
  6. Country Beautiful Lane from County Rd J (Approx. 5,057 ft; 21 ft wide)
  7. O’Keefe Court from 5th St. to South Termini (Approx. 2,375 ft; 18 ft wide)
  8. Deer Road from County Rd QQ West (Approx. 5,685 ft; 22 ft wide)
  9. Lake Thomas Road from Custer Rd to Smokey Rd (Approx. 10,670 ft; 21 ft wide)
  10. Burr Oak Road from County Rd J (offset ~565ft) to Custer Rd (Approx. 5,610 ft; 24 ft wide)
  11. Cold Mix Pavement Overlay
  12. Williams Way from Edgewood Road Termini (Approx. 1,150 ft) with some pre-wedging and a total of 1.75” thick
  13. Cold Mix – Picked up at the production site
  14. Hot Mix – Picked up at the production site

Bids are to be received by May 9th, 2022, or hand delivered to the Town Board Meeting on May 9th, 2022, at 6:30 PM.  Bids will be opened at that time.

 

The Town of Stockton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even if that proposal is not the lowest in cost.  Completion date of the project will be negotiated at the time the contract is awarded.
