NOTICE FOR BIDS

The Town of Stockton (Portage County), will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

       1. Chip Sealing with Hot Oil and Fractured Stone (FA2) – out of Woznik Pit or equivalent.
                a. Eagle Ridge Ct. (1067 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide)
                b. Gray Log Lane (2532 Feet Long; 19 Feet Wide)
                c. 6th Street from Smokey to Cty. Rd K. (5508 Feet Long; 22 Feet Wide)
                d. Five Corner Rd. from Rolling Hills to The South of Townline
                              i. First Part (2570 Feet Long; 21 Feet Wide)
                              ii. Second Part (1400 Feet Long; 20 Feet Wide)
                e. Hillside from Rolling Hills to Divine Way (7821 Feet Long; 19 Feet Wide)
                              i. 2 Parts that could use double chipseal
                                        1. One that is 300 Feet
                                        2. One that is 720 Feet
        2. Cold Mix – Picked up at the Production Site
        3. Hot Mix- Picked up at the Production Site
        4. Sweeping of the subdivisions with separate price option sweeping subdivisions per mile.

Sealed Bids are to be received by June 9th, 2025. Bids will be opened at the Town Board Meeting on
Monday, June 9th, 2025, at 6:30pm. The Town of Stockton reserves the right to reject all proposals, and
to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even if that proposal is not the lowest in cost.
The completion date of the project will be negotiated at the time the contract is awarded.
