NOTICE FOR BIDS

 

The Town of Stockton (Portage County), will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

 

1. Chip Sealing with Hot Oil
2. Smokey Road from 6^th Street to Hwy 10 (Approx. 3,515 ft)
3. 6^th Street from Custer Road to Hwy J (Approx. 5,406 ft)
4. Bluff Road from 4^th Street to 5^th Street (Approx. 5,198 ft)
5. Kennedy Ave from Black Oak Drive to Hwy B (Approx. 2,269 ft)
6. Cold Mix – Picked up at the production site
7. Hot Mix – Picked up at the production site

Bids are to be received by April 12th, 2021 or hand delivered to the Town Board Meeting on April 12^th, 2021 at 6:30 PM.  Bids will be opened at that time.

 

The Town of Stockton reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the town, even if that proposal is not the lowest in cost.  Completion date of the project will be negotiated at the time the contract is awarded.
