Board of Review to Later Date
The Board of Review of the Town of Stockton, Portage County, WI will meet on May 26th, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Town of Stockton Town Hall for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45 day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to s. 70.47(1), Wis. Stats.
Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until a later date yet to be determined.
Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the assessment roll for the year 2020 assessment will be open for examination on the on a future date to be determined. Legal notice will be published at that time.
Instructional material about the assessment and board of review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the board of review procedures under Wisconsin Law.
