Notice of Public Hearing
Portage County Board of Adjustment
Notice is hereby given that Portage County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 4:00 pm in Conference Room 5 of the County Annex, 1462 Strongs Avenue, Stevens Point, Wisconsin, in order to consider the following petition:
Petition No. P19-10 Lyle & Melinda Smith, Owners of property located east of Ridgeland Ct. and approximately ¼ mile south of Rolling Hills Road, being part of the SE¼ of the NW¼, Section 33, T24N, R9E, Parcel #034-86-08, located in the Town of Stockton, wherein a Special Exception from the Portage County Zoning Ordinance is requested to operate a photography studio as a Home Occupation, in the R1, Rural and Urban Fringe Residence Zoning District.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. The Board of Adjustment will conduct an on-site inspection of the petitioner’s premises on Friday, July 12, 2019.
