NOTICE FOR BIDS

 

 

 

The Town of Stockton, Portage County, will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

 

1.       Sealcoating: 

 

·         Sky View Rd from Rolling Hills Rd to Hwy 161 (approx. 1.2 miles)

 

·         Five Corner Rd (see map for details, approx. 0.3 miles)

 

·         Custer Rd from Custer Dr to Old Highway 18 Rd (approx. 0.4 miles)

 

·         4^th St from Bluff Rd to County Hwy J (approx. 1 mile)

 

·         4^th St from County Hwy K to Town Line Rd (approx. 0.5 miles)

 

·         Town Line Rd from County Hwy B south (approx. 0.8 miles)

 

·         Town Line Rd north of County Hwy D (approx. 0.6 miles)

 

2.      Cold mix – picked up at the production site

 

3.      Hot mix – picked up at the production site

 

For project specifications, please contact the Town of Stockton Road Crew at (715) 347-7753.  Send bids to: Town of Stockton, Attention Sealed Bid, 7252 6th St, Custer, WI 54423 (to be received by May 11^th, 2020) or hand-deliver to the Town Board Meeting on May 11^th, 2020 at 6:30 pm. Bids will be opened at that time.

 

 

 

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept a bid deemed most advantageous to the Town. Completion date of the project to be negotiated at the time the contract is awarded.
